## About

Born out of a love of the classic butcher shop, The Wise Ox reimagines the idea of a neighborhood meat counter through a chef’s lens. Under the care of Chef Brad Wise and TRUST Restaurant Group, our crew, a group of hardcore chefs and experienced butchers take their craft seriously, and it shows. A small but mighty sandwich menu speaks to Chef Brad Wise’s dedication to the medium. Seven perfect sandwiches, each better than the last. Don’t miss the Philly Cheesesteak. Or the Turkey. Or the Bologna… don’t miss any of them, really.
