Pampas Las Vegas is Las Vegas’ original Strip Churrascaria! Our South American Barbecue, balanced home-style starters and sides, and amazing beverages are a perfect choice when family and community are so important, and being able to spend time together is a reason to celebrate. Though times have changed, we still perform the amazing Rodizio style of service, where an endless parade of expertly seasoned meats are carved tableside, accompanied by unlimited servings of our handcrafted starters and sides, all delivered directly to your table. Upgrade your experience by adding delicious items like salmon, lobster tail, or our unbelievable ribs to make your dining experience one of a kind! Open daily for lunch and dinner, so come hungry!
