With 30 years of experience cooking in the finest Japanese restaurants, our chef is excited to present their vision to you and all our guests. Our restaurant is an authentic Japanese Katsuya (Breaded deep fried pork cutlets and seafood). Our original sauces are a blend of fruits  and various vegetables.
