Pizza pies and craft beer are what we do best! At Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza you’ll find a traditional pizzeria eatery complete with Italian-American favorites to fit modern tastes. Brought to life by local Las Vegas entrepreneur, Billy Richardson, Flour & Barley stokes fires and taste buds with a focus on local flavors at its location in Las Vegas at The LINQ Promenade. Flour & Barley’s creative menus include brick oven-style pizzas made with whole milk mozzarella and a dynamic selection of toppings; plus Italian-inspired appetizers, pasta dishes, salads and a seasonal selection of entrees. The restaurant boasts a fun and energetic atmosphere for guests of any age.  Flour & Barley features a comprehensive beer program with hundreds of bottled, canned and draft beers, including local craft beers from each of the cities in which a Flour & Barley location can be found as well as a unique selection of barrel-aged and hand-crafted cocktails.
