## About

Inspired by a photo of Wolfgang Puck and his mother Maria, this new restaurant showcases Italian cuisine and finds its soul through a letter of love written to his mother. A place where her legacy lives on, where a passion for food fuels the desire to experiment, create, and entertain, and where pure artistry pulls tradition and innovation into our hearts and souls. It will be a place where the essence of Italy meets the innovative spirit of Wolfgang Puck, and where tradition is redefined for a new era.
