## About

Welcome to Chef Nittaya Parawong’s new food concept: Block 9 Thai Street Eats! Block 9 joins the renowned Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen in her family of restaurants. There’s a culture in the streets of Thailand that inspires a unique, flavor-forward cuisine. For hundreds of years, street vendors have offered fresh specialties, served in a casual setting to passers-by. Chef Nittaya has drawn upon her childhood growing up in Thailand and taken the street-inspired food phenomena to a whole new level. And Block 9 Thai Street Eats was born.
