## About

Welcome to Amedeo Pizza Italian Cafe, where the art of authentic Italian pizza comes to life!
With a dedication to quality, Amedeo meticulously sources the finest ingredients, including imported Italian flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and locally-sourced, fresh toppings. Our pizzaiolos, trained in the time-honored techniques of Neapolitan pizza-making, work tirelessly to hand-stretch and bake each pizza to perfection in our wood-fired brick oven. The result? A pizza that captures the essence of Italy in every delicious bite.
