The Corner Store, the SoHo restaurant from Tilman Fertitta, Eugene Remm and Catch Hospitality Group, opens at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on November 9, 2026, according to MGM Resorts. It is the restaurant's first location outside New York, and reservations are already live through The Cosmopolitan online or by phone at (702) 675-9828. See our listing at https://www.vegasnearme.com/attractions/the-corner-store for details.
Chef Michael Vignola leads the menu of elevated American classics, with Lobster & Caviar Rolls, Five Cheese Pizza Rolls and a Wagyu French Dip among the signatures. Las Vegas also gets an expanded steak selection from The Butcher's Counter, and the bar program centers on Martinis, including the Tomato Martini and a large-format Martini Service for two to three guests.
The restaurant will open seven nights a week: Sunday to Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. until late. The Cosmopolitan lists the dress code as Smart Elegant.
Plan ahead if you are bringing younger guests. The Cosmopolitan describes The Corner Store as a mature dining space: guests under 10 are not allowed at any time, and guests under 21 must finish their visit by 7 p.m. and cannot be seated at the bar or bar dining tables.
The Corner Store sits on The Cosmopolitan's third floor. For other places to eat at the resort, see our Cosmopolitan dining guide at https://www.vegasnearme.com/resorts/the-cosmopolitan-las-vegas/dining.
