Hedary’s Mediterranean is back in Las Vegas, with a new home at the Gramercy on West Russell Road. Las Vegas Weekly reports that the longtime Lebanese restaurant celebrated its grand opening October 2. The restaurant’s own website lists the address as 9275 W. Russell Road, Suite 180.

Fresh pita is part of the draw: the open kitchen lets diners see the dough being shaped and baked. The menu includes hummus, lentil soup, kabobs and Frarej, a half chicken baked with potatoes, carrots, garlic and lemon. Hedary’s describes the chicken dish as a family recipe dating back 65 years.

For a shared meal, its Dinner for Two brings together soup, a mezza assortment, mixed meats, rice and baklava. Online ordering and reservations are available through the restaurant’s website.
