Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse, the restaurant tied to "Yellowstone" creator Taylor Sheridan, is getting a permanent home on the Strip. MGM Resorts announced on Oct. 22 that it will open at MGM Grand in early 2027, taking over the former Crush American Grill.

The steakhouse first came to Las Vegas in September 2024 as a pop-up at Wynn Las Vegas and stayed for nearly two years. The MGM Grand version will have a new menu and a new setting.

MGM says the menu will pair ranch recipes and prime beef with cuts sourced directly from Four Sixes Ranch, the 260,000-acre Texas ranch Sheridan co-owns, along with Texas-style dishes. The drinks list will include craft cocktails, a curated wine list and rare spirits.

The dining room is being designed by Charisse Cardenas, a production designer whose credits include "Landman" and "American Sniper," and will feature digital walls showing custom footage from Sheridan. MGM also plans special events at the restaurant.

There is no opening date, menu or pricing yet. MGM Resorts says those details, along with programming plans, will be announced in the coming weeks.
