The evening begins with dinner at Rick’s Rollin Smoke Barbecue & Tavern, located next to the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop featured on “Pawn Stars.” Enjoy St. Louis ribs, a chopped brisket slider, smoked mac and cheese and pickles, plus your choice of an alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverage. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are available upon request.
After dinner, travel aboard a modern 14-passenger vehicle to Hemenway Park, where you may spot wild desert bighorn sheep, followed by panoramic views from the Lake Mead Overlook. Walk across Hoover Dam and learn about the history and hidden details of this legendary engineering achievement before visiting the Mike O’Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge for sweeping views from approximately 900 feet above the Colorado River.
