- Restrictions: As the Neon Boneyard is an outdoor collection, all scheduled tours are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather such as high winds over 25 mph or lightning. Please note that we seldom cancel for rain. If a tour is cancelled, we will attempt to place you on the next available tour wherever possible or provide a full refund. We will make every effort to accommodate your visit. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. Due to frequent sell-out nights, advance ticket purchase is highly recommended. Museum-appropriate attire is required. Attire that is not appropriate for The Neon Museum (and which may result in refusal of admittance or ejection) includes, but is not limited to, bathing suits, clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics, or clothing which exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment. Shirts and shoes are required in the Visitors’ Center, when on a tour and during General Admission and Brilliant! Guest assumes all risk of injury. We recommend visitors wear closed-toe shoes and museum-appropriate attire. Going over the stanchions/rock border or touching the signs/collection is strictly prohibited. Absolutely no alcohol, drugs, weapons smoking of tobacco, or electronic cigarettes/vapes.
About Neon Museum
Experience the magic of The Neon Museum main collection day or night! Due to the broken glass and rusty metal, daytime visits are best enjoyed by visitors ages 10 and up. Night tours feature the fabulous neon of our restored signs, and our beautifully and dramatically lit un-restored signs. Due to the broken glass, rusty metal and darkness, we recommend night tours for visitors ages 12 and up.
